This 300 year old stone farmhouse is beautiful, quirky and practical. From traditional stone flagged floors, perfect for muddy boots, to modern wifi you will have everything you need.

Downstairs
The traditional porch opens into the dining area, with a stone flagged floor leading down into a traditional farmhouse kitchen. Washing up at the traditional Cornish apron sink is a pleasure with the view of the sea and fields of cattle. There is, of course, a dishwasher and there is also a utility room with a sink, washing machine and tumble drier.

You can relax in the cosy snug with two comfy sofas to snuggle in and read  while streaming your favourite music to a wireless streaming speaker. If TV is more your thing then there is a comfortable lounge with more beautiful views. If there is not much worth watching in the evening then just look out through the glass doors – the lack of light pollution means that on a clear night you can see millions of stars.

Downstairs there is also a shower room with toilet, and another, separate, toilet.

Upstairs
The main bedroom has dual aspect windows, with views of the sea on one side and fields and countryside on the other. The second room is a double which has countryside views and there is also a twin room and a single room.

The bathroom has a roll top slipper style bath and a separate shower. The sink has views – you guessed it – out to sea.

Garden
Step through the glazed doors in the kitchen onto a paved patio area, perfect for al fresco dining. The garden is mostly laid to lawn with some shrubs and hedging. Peregrine falcons nest in nearby cliffs and you can often see them hovering over the fields in search of prey.

The Old Farmhouse has central heating and all bedlinen and towels are supplied.

There is plenty of private parking.
