Staying in Rita’s studio provided an excellent opportunity for a peaceful break away from busy life. A very well maintained property, with stunning vieews in a great location.

We had a lvoely stay in a beautiful position, the peace was great when sitting on the sun deck watchig the sun go down. Very easy access to Boscastle and surrounding area, well worth a visit.

We really enjoyed our stay at the BoatShed in Boscastle. The BoatShed was lovely & clean & eally comfortable and the garden & patio area are lovely to sit in on a nice day, we were very lucky as the other two properties were empty so it was very peaceful. Views are really lovely looking over the field to the sea, with the cows in the distance. We saw some lovely birds but it would have been nice to have some binoculars. Boscastle is so pretty, we had a lovely Sunday lunch at the Riverside restaurant and the Cobweb put is a must visit. We also visited Trebarwith Strand, what a beautiful place and with the pub on the cliff with the sea views, this place is heaven, food is great too.

Wonderful location, with stunning view for gorgeous sunsets. Fantastic outdoor terrace area, private and quiet. The Boatshed itself is cosy and spacious for a studio and has everything one needs. Parking in front is easy access and the Farmshop next door is excellent for good food supply. We really appreciated the little welcome pack of bread, scones, jam and clotted cream. Would love to come again next year.

We stayed at the Boathouse for 5 nights and found it really relaxing. The location and setting is stunning – we enjoyed walking through the fields (10 mins) or along the coastal path (35 mins) into Boscastle village for dinner each night and the sunsets and views were spectacular! Rita was very helpful and gave me detailed information about our check in well in advance. The farm shop next door was really handy and had loads of locally sourced food if you want to sample any of it. Will hopefully be back soon!

A beautiful place to stay in a wonderful location. Arriving to fresh bread, scones, jam and cream from the farm shop next door was an added bonus! The views from The Boatshed are absolutely beautiful and the perfect setting to watch the sunset over the ocean. Boscastle is a lovely place to visit with Newquay, Bude and Padstow all nearby for days out.

What a lovely place! The location is idyllic for us, just a few minutes from the village and overlooking the sea! The place had everything we needed, it was clean, comfortable and has a nice feel to it. The bed was very comfortable too. We could not get enough of the fresh sea air from the garden while taking in the views! Rita was really helpful providing all the info we needed, we would definitely like to come back here!

Boatshed is a magical place to stay if you are visiting Boscastle. The view, sunsets, nature are breathtaking and you can deeply relax there. I truly recommend it

It is amazing. The irbnb has an amazing view ! There is also a coastal path literally down the road. The coastal path is also really great. From the irbnb a beautiful sunset can be seen (if the sky is clear). We also got to enjoy stargazing on our last day. The studio is clean and had everything you would need for a few nights stay. Would definitely recommend. Just wish that you get a great weather as well! 😀 Rita is also a wonderful host. We went there for our anniversary. When we arrived, Rita had a small surprise for us. She had left a complimentary Prosecco and scones for us! That made our holiday even more wonderful. She was also just a message away if we could not find anything or for directions etc. She has also left a handbook for guests which is very organised and quite useful. For instance, I could not figure out how to use the induction and found the instruction manual in there!

What a location!! The views are fantastic, and the property was bright, quiet, and perfect for a short break away. The farm shop / café next door is also a real treat, and we found ourselves having breakfast there most mornings.

Stunning views, quiet location and perfect spot for exploring this area of Cornwall! Remote and peaceful, as you’d expect in a very rural location internet connection wasn’t solid but that’s not always a bad thing when you’re trying to unwind!! 😊 would love to return as we actually got engaged in the very close by coastal path during our stay at the boat shed…so now a very special place to us! Thanks again!

Can’t say much more than this Airbnb is perfect (if only they were all like this one!) Communication was great, the accommodation was spotless, the location had stunning views and benefits from a farm shop/restaurant being less than a 30 seconds walk away without being intrusive to our stay and to top it all off great value for money. We will be looking to stay again 😁
